“This note is long overdue. I would like to share with you my experience with one of the web designers, Roederick Montemayor.

We have had the superpages/website services for few years. This year was the one in which I wanted a total re-haul of the site. When I started the process (way back in February) I thought I had a good designer working with me, soon to find out he would move one. Two after that proved to b e useless and stopped responding altogether for a very basic requests as “I would like to start a change to the site, how do I do it?” One started some work and then I would get no response for up to 2 weeks later with something very vague. To my dismay i was strongly considering throwing in the towel on the whole Superpages thing and discontinuing the service. I made one last phone call, happened to get Roederick on the phone, told him my dilemma and he assured me he would try to get it done. Because I heard that so many times before, I halfheartedly agreed to stay on with your company.

I am thrilled with the outcome of the site. His patience could not be beat. His design talent and really trying to understand who we are really shows through. The fact that he responded almost immediately to each email was what made me the happiest! I realize the task of creating or perpetuating the image of a business that these designers may never must be undaunting! He really really did a great job. He seemed to put his all into this task. We have a few items to work on, but all and all, we are very satisfied with the result. WE commend him on a job well done and would like to share with everyone how pleased we are.
